How do I book a car?
Search by city and dates, pick the car you like, then confirm. You pay directly to the agency upon vehicle pickup.
How can I pay?
Payment is made at the agency (cash or card depending on the agency). No charge is made when booking.
What documents do I need?
A driver's license valid for at least 1 year, ID document (CIN or passport), and a credit card for the deposit.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 24h before pickup. After that, fees may apply depending on the agency.
What happens in case of damage?
An inspection is done at pickup and return. In case of an incident, the agency's insurance applies according to its terms.
