Scope
These terms govern access to and use of the RentitMA marketplace, which connects users with car rental agencies.
User account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions taken from your account.
Bookings
A booking creates an obligation between you and the partner agency, under the conditions shown at booking time.
Liability
RentitMA acts as an intermediary; the rental service itself is provided by the partner agency.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions are specified in the vehicle listing and in the booking confirmation.
Changes to terms
RentitMA may modify these terms at any time; the version in force is published on this page.
