Rules governing the use of the RentitMA platform.

Scope
These terms govern access to and use of the RentitMA marketplace, which connects users with car rental agencies.
User account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions taken from your account.
Bookings
A booking creates an obligation between you and the partner agency, under the conditions shown at booking time.
Liability
RentitMA acts as an intermediary; the rental service itself is provided by the partner agency.
Cancellation
Customers can cancel a booking from their “My bookings” area while it is pending or confirmed; the agency is informed immediately. As RentitMA takes no payment at booking, cancelling is free up to 24 hours before pickup; after that, the partner agency may apply its own conditions. A request the agency has not confirmed within 24 hours expires automatically.
Changes to terms
RentitMA may modify these terms at any time; the version in force is published on this page.
