Data collected
Identity and contact details (name, email, phone), documents required for the rental (national ID card or passport, driver's license), booking history and technical data (cookies, IP address).
Purposes
Account creation, booking management, security, legal compliance, communication.
Recipients
Your contact details, ID document and driver's license are shared only with the agency you send a booking request to, so it can prepare the rental. Your documents are stored privately and can only be viewed through secure, time-limited links. Our technical providers (hosting, storage, email delivery) process them solely to run the service.
Retention period
Periods vary by data category; accounting records are kept for 10 years.
Your rights
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@rentitma.com describing your request. You may also refer the matter to the CNDP, Morocco's data protection authority.
